- scaling, i.e. tartar removal - using a modern ultrasonic scaler to quickly and safely remove dental deposits that cause inflammation of the gums and periodontium
- sandblasting - i.e. removing deposits and discolorations from the tooth surface (from cigarettes, coffee, tea, wine and other products) using a dental sandblaster, thanks to which we restore the natural, bright color of the teeth.
- polishing - cleaning your teeth with a special toothbrush and professional polishing paste to restore their dazzling shine
- mineralization - applying a special preparation with fluoride to protect the tooth surfaces for the future and reduce hypersensitivity after the procedure.
- hygiene instruction - during it you will learn how to properly care for your teeth, on special models we will teach you the proper method of brushing and flossing your teeth, and we will individually select the right oral hygiene products

To guarantee a well-groomed smile, the hygiene treatment should be repeated every six months. In some patients prone to calculus deposition, we perform such treatments even 3-5 times a year. Hygienization is also an ideal introduction to professional whitening! - It perfectly cleanses the tooth surface, thanks to which we can obtain maximum effectiveness of the tooth whitening agent.
